Meeting Planning Management

For virtual or hybrid events, AMS helps clients wade through the sea of new and emerging platform options to identify technologies that best meet their content and budgetary needs.
When it comes to content planning for your meeting or event, AMS can take the lead, or provide staff support for a member or board conference planning committee. Either way AMS ensures that speakers are identified and confirmed, coordinates speaker logistics and handles the administration of continuing education programs that are part of the meeting.
Registration & Sponsorship Management
Ensuring clients meets their registration and sponsorship goals is a critical component of planning any meeting. AMS helps clients with each step towards meeting these goals including selection and implementation of a registration management software, event marketing and outreach, sponsorship sales, registration administration, and customer service.
Advanced & Onsite Logistics
A successful meeting is comprised of a thousand tiny details; AMS works behind the scenes to make sure each of these details it executed seamlessly, presenting a polished experience attendees and leave clients free to relax and fully engage with the meeting. Before the meeting we set clients up for success by preparing food, beverage, and AV orders, and preparing signage, name badges and meeting collateral. Onsite we staff your registration desk, provide support for sponsors and exhibitors, manage interactions with venue staff and keep things running on schedule. For virtual the AMS team provides orientation for your attendees and speakers to the virtual environment and technical support to throughout their meeting experience.
