Rheanna Smith joined AMS as a Senior Associate in November 2022 and is currently an Account Executive. She brings over 15 years of association management, marketing and communication, and nonprofit experience to her work at AMS. Rheanna serves as the Chair of AMS’ DEI Committee and is a volunteer Crisis Counselor with the Crisis Text Line.

Prior to AMS, Rheanna provided freelance marketing, technical assistance and project management services to dozens of clients. She managed four membership associations at TEAM, Inc. and served as the Assistant Director of Meetings for the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society.

Rheanna has her BA in Communication from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and her Master’s in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University. Rheanna lives outside of Milwaukee with her husband, son, and English Mastiff. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and is an avid reader.
