Josie joined AMS in June 2023 as a Senior Associate and currently holds the position of Finance Manager for the Pharmaceutical Product Stewardship Work Group.
Throughout her career, Josie has garnered extensive experience across diverse industries, including healthcare, banking, finance, and telecommunications.
With over 15 years of experience, Josie’s skill set is a combination of financial and data analysis, project development and management, revenue cycle, invoice generation, and health insurance plan development and implementation. Her comprehensive understanding of these areas has enabled her to lead and support critical projects, resulting in significant cost savings and streamlined processes.
Before joining AMS, Josie served as a business consultant and analyst in the healthcare industry, where she played a crucial role in health insurance plan development and implementation.
She holds an MHA in Healthcare Administration and a BSc in Business Management.
In her leisure moments, Josie finds solace in spending quality time with her family, embarking on sightseeing trips, and exploring the world’s culinary delights through cooking new recipes. She also dedicates her time to supporting and mentoring young girls, inspiring them to pursue their dreams and build a bright future.
