Jen is an executive with more than 15 years of experience in association and non-profit management. She is a strong leader with a passion for governance, working with volunteers, certification, and professional development.
Jen currently services as the Executive Director of The American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM), the Executive Director of the American Association of Consumer Credit Professionals (AACCP), and the Deputy Executive Director of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA).
Before joining AMS, Jen works as an Accreditation and Programs Manager at the National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC) where she managed the center accreditation program and also served as a program manager for the Epilepsy Learning Health System, a collaborative effort to develop a learning health system led by the Epilepsy Foundation.
Prior to that, Jen worked at the American Psychological Association (APA) as the Senior Governance Advisor and then as the Assistant Director of Policy and Communications for the Office of Program Consultation and Accreditation. During her time at APA, she developed an online learning platform, worked with the Committee on Accreditation to develop new standards for doctoral-level psychology education, and maintained APA’s status as a recognized accreditation body.
Jen is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the AMC Institute (AMCI). She holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the ASAE. Jen is seen as a thought leader in the industry and has spoken on various association management topics at industry events. Originally from Chester County, PA, she now resides in Alexandria, VA with her family. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and the beach and is an avid Eagles fan.
