Faranak joined Association Management Strategies (AMS) in 2022. As an Associate, Faranak provides support to the VP of Human Resources and Director of Operations and manages the HRIS system for the company and clients.
Before joining AMS, Faranak held a volunteer role where she led a team of four HR consultants supporting local shops and small businesses to stay compliant during the pandemic. She also worked with a real estate firm in the Middle East, where she managed the administration of all HR functions and designed a training program that improved agents’ lead generation and closing rates significantly.
Faranak was born and raised in Iran but later moved to Dubai for work and education. She immigrated to the US in 2018 and earned her master’s degree in HR from Georgetown University. She lives with her husband, Reza, in Virginia and enjoys gardening and playing amateur chess.
