Faranak joined Association Management Strategies (AMS) in 2022 and has since taken on the role of Human Resource and Operations Senior Associate. As a Certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-CP), she primarily focuses on the practical HR and Operations functions that provide an efficient and effective employee experience and smooth operational processes.
Before joining AMS, Faranak held a volunteer role where she led a team of four HR consultants supporting local shops and small businesses to stay compliant during the pandemic. She also worked with a real estate firm in the Middle East, where she managed the administration of all HR functions and designed a training program that improved agents’ lead generation and closing rates significantly.
Faranak was born and raised in Iran but later moved to Dubai for work and education. She immigrated to the US in 2018 and earned her master’s degree in HR from Georgetown University. She lives with her husband in Virginia and enjoys gardening and playing amateur chess.
