Washington, DC – Washington, DC-based Association Management Strategies, Inc. (AMS) announced it has begun providing finance services for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), effective September 1, 2019.
As a response to emerging need in the industry, AMS has made significant investment over the last five years in the areas of stand-alone Finance and Human Resource Management Services, expanding its offerings for clients in need of a single function management solution. AMS’s accreditation by the AMCI Institute in May of 2019 reinforces a commitment to delivering the best in association management services to clients, whether they opt for full-service management, or prefer to take advantage of AMS’s expertise on a single subject.
“We look forward to partnering with SHPE Leadership to help define the next chapter in the organization’s financial management,” said John Flatley, AMS President. “The AMS philosophy is to partner with organizations that can use our expertise to further their mission and strategic goals.”
For over 40 years, SHPE has been changing lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize its fullest potential and impact the world through STEM awareness, access, support and development. With a national network of over 300 chapters, SHPE provides a variety of programming, services and resources, including hosting the largest annual Hispanic STEM conference in the nation.
