Phylicia Ross joined AMS in September 2024. She provides membership services to Pharmaceutical Product Stewardship Work Group (PPSWG).
Before joining AMS, Phylicia worked for the American Guild of Organists in membership and volunteer management and served as Executive Director of the Westchester County Psychological Association.
A lifelong New Jersey resident, Phylicia has a Master of Library and Information Science from Rutgers University. Outside of work, she can be found hiking with her dog, knitting, or reading.
