Moira Skelley joined the Association Management Strategies (AMS) team in April 2016. She currently works with the Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU), National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC), and State Law Resources (SLR). She has a passion for working with non-profits. Through assisting these organizations, she has learned skills that she can carry into future client work.
Currently, Moira works as Member Services Administrator for the Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU). AHOU is a group of insurance professionals associated with risk selection in the life, health and living benefits insurance industries. She plays a key role in the organization’s membership retention and growth, and assists the organization with their annual conference.
In addition to this, Moira serves as Membership and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Coordinator for the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC). NADC is a nationwide professional organization of attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle dealers. She has strong customer service skills that she uses to interact with the members on a daily basis. Moira’s other responsibilities include preparing for NADC’s upcoming conferences by applying for CLE credit.
Finally, Moira is the Program Coordinator for State Law Resources (SLR). SLR is an international network of independent law firms. SLR’s network helps businesses, trade associations and public policy coalitions navigate the complex and time-consuming process of managing both legal issues and state government relations. Moira’s responsibilities with SLR include marketing, membership assistance, and providing meeting support.
