Jen holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (representing over 46,000 members). CAE, the only professional designation for the association management profession, has been achieved by over 4,300 association industry leaders worldwide. At AMS she currently serves as the Executive Director of The American Association of Consumer Credit Professionals (AACCP). She plays a key role in the organization’s day-to-day activities.

Prior to joining AMS, Jen worked at the American Psychological Association (APA) as the Senior Governance Advisor and then as the Assistant Director of Policy and Communications for the Office of Program Consultation and Accreditation.  During her time at APA, she developed an online learning platform, worked with the Committee on Accreditation to develop new standards for doctoral-level psychology education, and maintained APA’s status as a recognized accreditation body.

After her time at APA, Jen joined the National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC) as the Accreditation and Programs Manager.  While there, she collaborated with the CBS Community Partnership Division to develop a series of public service announcements focused on epilepsy care options. Jen also developed organizational and accreditation policies and procedures and oversaw the annual accreditation review.  In addition to her work with NAEC, Jen served as a program manager for the Epilepsy Learning Health System, a collaborative effort to develop a learning health system led by the Epilepsy Foundation.

Jen is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She has served as an ASAE Foresight Works Drivers of Change Analyst; is a member of the ASAE Young Professionals Advisory Committee (2018-2020) and the 2020 Marketing Membership Communications Conference Program Advisory Committee (2019-2020); and was a member of ASAE’s 2018 NextGen Cohort. Originally from Chester County, PA, she now resides in Alexandria, VA with her family. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and the beach and is an avid Eagles fan.
